Create your Slack app<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

To integrate Slack API notifications into Sn1per, you will need to create a new Slack application for notifications here: https:\/\/api.slack.com\/start<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Give the new app a name (ie. Sn1per Notifications<\/em>) and select a workspace to add your app to.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the “Add features and functionality<\/strong>” > “Incoming Webhooks<\/strong>” link.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the radio button to “Activate Incoming Webhooks<\/strong>” and copy the full webhook URL.<\/li>\n
  4. Append the value into your \/root\/.sniper_api_keys.conf<\/code> file (ie. SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL=”https:\/\/hooks.slack.com\/services\/T*ff7kL\/BG9fdf9*\/wddf93jvjffddjf893o<\/a><\/em>“).<\/li>\n
  5. Click the “OAuth & Permissions<\/strong>” link and click the “Add an OAuth Scope<\/strong>” under the “Scopes<\/strong>” section and add the “files:write<\/strong>” permission<\/li>\n
  6. Copy the “Bot User OAuth Access Token<\/strong>” value to your \/root\/.sniper_api_keys.conf<\/code> file (ie. SLACK_API_TOKEN=”xoxp-2dfefedf-f3554vf-123455353434-232355defdfff3f3f3f33g3g3<\/em>“).<\/li>\n
  7. Click the “Basic Information” link, then click the “Install your app to your workspace” link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Updating your Sn1per API keys<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

    After your Slack app has been setup, edit your \/root\/.sniper_api_keys.conf<\/code> file and enter the appropriate values for the following:<\/p>\n

    SLACK_API_TOKEN=\"xoxp-2dfefedf-f3554vf-123455353434-232355defdfff3f3f3f33g3g3\"\r\nSLACK_WEBHOOK_URL=\"https:\/\/hooks.slack.com\/services\/T*ff7kL\/BG9fdf9*\/wddf93jvjffddjf893o\"\r\nSLACK_CHANNEL=\"sn1per-professional\"<\/code><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n
    NOTE:<\/em> If you don’t have a \/root\/.sniper_api_keys.conf<\/code> file, you will need to create it.<\/p>\n
    Next, enable the following settings in your Sn1per configuration template under the \/sniper\/conf\/<\/code> directory:<\/p>\n

    You can then run a scan by selecting the configuration template you edited in the previous step to receive notifications via Slack from Sn1per.<\/p>\n
