The customer may not rent, lease, distribute, sell, share, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Software to any third party outside the scope of authorized internal use.<\/p>\n The customer may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, enhance, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the Software, nor create derivative works based on the Software or use it to develop or support a competing product or service.<\/p>\n The customer may not rebrand, embed, or offer the Software or its functionality as part of any hosted, managed, or service bureau offering.<\/p>\n The Software may not be used for any unlawful activity. The customer agrees not to scan, test, or attempt to assess the security of systems owned or operated by SN1PERSECURITY LLC without prior written authorization.<\/p>\n SN1PERSECURITY LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the website, software, or services if we determine, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in misuse of the Software, or if continued use presents a security, legal, or operational risk to the Software, our infrastructure, or other users.<\/p>\n Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of such suspension or termination using the email address associated with your account or purchase.
