We also have no obligation to update any information on our website, software or service and do not warranty its accuracy, currency, reliability, or correctness; or that it is free from errors or omissions.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, discontinuance of our products and services.

DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE LICENSE KEYS
For each software license key purchased, this license permits you to install and activate our software on a single computer or machine for a single user. Multiple computers, machines and people will require multiple software license keys.
Sn1per v10.0 or greater license keys are valid for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the time of purchase. Licenses are paid per year in advance and cannot be prorated, or paid for on longer or shorter terms.
Failure to maintain a valid license (such as letting your license lapse), may cause interruption of products, services, inconvenience, or loss to which we are not liable for. Your license will not renew automatically, and while we may as a courtesy remind you of its expiration, we take no responsibility to do so.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The Software is provided and licensed “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SN1PERSECURITY LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Due to the inherent complexity of software, SN1PERSECURITY LLC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or configurations. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk arising from your use of the Software.
SN1PERSECURITY LLC does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or operate in any specific manner or environment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that SN1PERSECURITY LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and any other proprietary rights in its intellectual property, including but not limited to software, source code, application programming interfaces, documentation, logos, and websites.
You further agree not to use the Software to develop, train, build, or support any competing product or service, or to create derivative systems that replicate or compete with the Software in any form.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property violates these Terms and Conditions and may violate applicable laws.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND RESTRICTIONS
The Software is licensed for internal business use by the customer and for operator-managed security assessment workflows.
Internal business use includes use by the customer and its authorized personnel, including contractors or managed service providers acting solely on behalf of the customer, provided such use is limited to delivering services to the customer’s own environments and does not include independent use, resale, sublicensing, rebranding, or provision of the Software or its functionality as a standalone or hosted service to third parties.
The Software is not designed, intended, or warranted for continuous monitoring use cases, security operations center (SOC) workflows, or MSSP-style managed service delivery as a standalone service offering.
The Software and all associated licenses are non-transferable. The customer may not rent, lease, distribute, sell, share, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Software to any third party outside the scope of authorized internal use.
The customer may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, enhance, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the Software, nor create derivative works based on the Software or use it to develop or support a competing product or service.
The customer may not rebrand, embed, or offer the Software or its functionality as part of any hosted, managed, or service bureau offering.
The Software may not be used for any unlawful activity. The customer agrees not to scan, test, or attempt to assess the security of systems owned or operated by SN1PERSECURITY LLC without prior written authorization.
TERMINATION
SN1PERSECURITY LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the website, software, or services if we determine, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in misuse of the Software, or if continued use presents a security, legal, or operational risk to the Software, our infrastructure, or other users.
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of such suspension or termination using the email address associated with your account or purchase. However, we are not obligated to provide notice where repeated violations occur or where legal, security, or regulatory requirements prevent us from doing so.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, restrict access, or limit quantities of any product or service at our discretion.
INTERRUPTIONS
We do not guarantee that the Software, website, or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Software may be subject to downtime, delays, or unavailability due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or factors outside of our reasonable control.
PAYMENTS
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
For credit cards, take note that the charge for our products will show up on your debit and credit card statement as PADDLE.NET* SN1PERSEC.

REFUNDS
By purchasing from sn1persecurity.com, you acknowledge no refunds can be provided on software due to the nature of the product/service.
If your product/service was purchased in error and has not been accessed/downloaded, please contact us within 3 business days for review at [email protected].

Providing us with any feedback, suggestions, and ideas regarding any part of our website, product, and service, assigns us all to the feedback, suggestions, and ideas. You agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such feedback and suggestions in any manner deemed appropriate by us. You agree you will not submit to us any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.

Our software, services or website may direct you, refer to or integrate with third party software, websites, and content. Third party software, websites, and content are all subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are in no way affiliated with any third party and do not take responsibility or ownership of such – use at your own risk.
NO LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SN1PERSECURITY LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reliance, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of business information, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party/parties.
JURISDICTION
You agree that these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Arizona.
